All of your answara.ai invoices live in two places: inside your dashboard, and in the Creem billing portal. We email a PDF copy to your billing address every time we charge your card, so you should always have a paper trail.
In the dashboard
- Open Dashboard → Billing.
- Scroll to the Invoices section at the bottom of the page.
- You'll see every invoice from the current billing year. Each row shows the date, amount, status (paid, pending, refunded), and a download link.
- Click Download on any row to save a copy.
In the Creem billing portal
For more advanced needs (updating your tax ID, changing the billing email, downloading invoices from prior years, or managing payment methods), use the Creem portal.
- On the dashboard Billing page, click Manage billing in the top right.
- You'll be redirected to Creem, our Merchant of Record. Your session is already authenticated, no separate login needed.
- From there you can view every invoice, update tax details, and change your default card.
About Creem
Creem is the company that actually charges your card and issues the invoices on our behalf. They're the "merchant of record." That's why the charge on your bank statement will read CREEM * ANSWARA rather than answara.ai directly. This is completely normal and the invoice PDFs you'll receive have both logos on them.
If an invoice looks wrong, if a charge didn't show up in your dashboard, or if you need an invoice from more than twelve months ago, email [email protected] or call support at (833) 309-4176 and we'll pull it for you within a business day.
